It is the preferred equipment for artificial sand and stone shaping field. The configuration of sand production line is according to the user's production needs, so as to create the most suitable and economical production line for the customers and ensure the profit maximization.The artificial sand production line is usually composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher), vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor, centralized electronic control and other equipment.

Stone materials are sent to the PE jaw crusher evenly by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, then sent to PEX jaw crusher for further crushing, next the crushed stones are sent to vibrating screen for screening, those crushed stones satisfying the requirement of particles are sent by belt conveyor to sand making machine, others must be returned to PEX jaw crusher again. The material produced from the sand making machine must be screened by the vibrating screen, and the required sand shall be cleaned by the washing machine, and the finished products shall be transported by the finished conveyor belt as the finished product. The production line finally forms two closed-circuits and can be configured according to the user's needs.

The customer mainly provides stone and artificial sand for the mixing station, the production line is set up close to the river, and the customer mainly wants to make use of the pebble to produce gravel and sand. This customer has purchased two machine-made sand production lines from our company. The sand production line is mainly equipped with vibration feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, sand making machine, belt conveyor, sand washing machine and other equipment.
Considering the high hardness of the pebble, it is necessary to cause high wastage on the wear-resisting parts such as jaw plate, board hammer and breaking plates. Therefore, we recommend the crushing equipment of laminated principle to reduce the loss of wear parts. The typical laminated device configuration is two-stage jaw crusher, jaw crusher and cone crusher. If the customer has higher requirements for the final stone granule type, we suggest that the configuration of a sand making machine for further crushing, thus forming a three-stage crushing process configuration. Three-stage crushing will inevitably lead to increasing the investment cost of the project, but for the long-term operation of the sand factory, the reduction of the production cost will be considerable.
